Homemade Avocado Face Mask

Ingredients:
- ½ ripe avocado – mashed to a smooth paste
- 1 teaspoon of natural honey
- 1 teaspoon of plain yogurt
Simply mix the above ingredients into a smooth paste before applying to clean dry skin for a recommended 15 minutes. Once it has dried, rinse gently with lukewarm water, pat your face dry with a fluffy towel and admire your radiant glow!
Homemade Oatmeal Body Scrub
One of the easiest ways to brighten tired looking skin is with an exfoliating body scrub. It is made from natural ingredients such as oatmeal, sugar, and tropical treasure coconut. Before mixing all the ingredients together, ground the oatmeal in a blender or food processor to create a grainy powder. Then add the brown sugar and mix, before slowly adding the honey and coconut oil to create a paste.
